Retail Trainer – Onboarding & Development Specialist

About the role

The Retail Trainer will design, deliver, and evaluate onboarding and continuous learning programs for both retail store staff and call‑center agents. You will work closely with store managers and call‑center leadership to raise performance standards through hands‑on coaching and targeted training interventions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver classroom, virtual and on‑the‑job training covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and system usage.
• Conduct store visits and call‑center observations to identify training gaps and provide immediate feedback.
• Create facilitator guides, learning activities, and training materials that align with business objectives.
• Maintain accurate training records and generate periodic reports on training effectiveness and observation outcomes.
• Partner with Retail Operations and Call‑Center management to support overall performance improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Education or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail training, learning & development, or retail operations.
• Proven ability to assess training needs, measure impact, and deliver coaching that drives results.
• Willingness to travel regularly to stores and call‑center sites.
