Revenue Analysis Manager

About the role

The Revenue Analysis Manager is responsible for analysing revenue, profit and demand for hotel rooms and function space across a market or cluster. The role prepares forecasts, budgets and daily projections, and evaluates the effectiveness of sales strategies to maximise revenue and profit.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and report revenue management data, generating accurate reports and presentations.
• Prepare short‑term and long‑term forecasts for revenue, profit, demand and occupancy.
• Conduct revenue and profit opportunity analyses and manage related data.
• Execute revenue management projects, implement predefined strategies and provide recommendations for process improvement.
• Communicate brand initiatives, market analysis and sales strategy critiques to hotels, clusters and franchise partners.
• Build and maintain constructive relationships with property leadership and sales teams.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or a related field plus at least 2 years of experience in revenue management, sales or marketing.
• Or a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with no prior work experience required.
