Revenue Growth Executive – B2B

About the role

Garage ILLA, a fast‑growing automotive aftermarket startup in Egypt, is looking for a Revenue Growth Executive to drive B2B sales of tires, batteries, lubricants and spare parts to corporate and SME fleet customers. This is a pure hunter position where you will build the pipeline from scratch and own the full sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and acquire new corporate and SME fleet clients through direct outreach, networking and market research.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools and forecasting disciplines.
• Develop tailored proposals and deliver compelling presentations that address each client’s operational pain points.
• Cross‑sell and upsell across the product portfolio to maximize revenue per account.
• Represent Garage ILLA at industry events, exhibitions and trade conferences.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to sharpen the value proposition.
• Achieve monthly revenue targets and report transparently on pipeline health.
• Comply with company policies and industry regulations in all commercial activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 0–3 years of B2B sales, business development or account management experience (automotive/logistics a plus).
• Hunter mentality with resilience to rejection.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
• Comfortable presenting to C‑suite executives and fleet managers.
• Customer‑obsessed, persuasive and relationship‑driven.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
