Reward and Global Mobility Manager

About the role

Scatec ASA is seeking a Reward and Global Mobility Manager to lead the operational delivery of its worldwide reward and mobility programmes. You will work within a fast‑growing renewable‑energy company, collaborating with colleagues across functions and geographies to ensure compensation processes are efficient, transparent and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, performance management and short‑term incentive bonuses.
• Manage global benchmarking, long‑term incentive and employee share‑based programmes.
• Continuously improve reward and mobility processes to support talent attraction, retention and motivation.
• Partner with HR and finance stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide analytical insights and reporting on compensation trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in compensation, reward or global mobility functions.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to drive process improvements in a global, matrixed environment.
