Road Logistics Operational Care Specialist

About the role

As a member of Kuehne+Nagel’s Freight Forwarding team, you will ensure operational excellence in road logistics by managing shipments, maintaining data quality, and supporting reporting activities.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑end shipment management using the Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Ensure shipment data accuracy and quality in the TMS.
• Manage shipments with carriers and brokers, providing daily status updates.
• Handle billing activities and archive shipment/transport documentation.
• Prepare Operational Care Center (OCC) performance reports.
• Support KPI tracking, shipment profitability monitoring, and month‑end closing reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational roles (road/overland logistics is a plus).
• Collaborative team player with strong communication and customer‑oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail, analytical, organizational and reporting abilities.
• Effective problem‑solving, decision‑making and time‑management skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
