Rooms Division Manager

About the role

The Rooms Division Manager will lead the Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services teams at Movenpick Waterpark Resort & Spa Soma Bay, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality and profitability. You will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while driving operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train and develop the Rooms Division team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Oversee daily operations of Front Office, Housekeeping and Guest Services, implementing SOPs to guarantee consistency and quality.
• Manage room inventory and collaborate with reservations to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly, monitor feedback and drive service enhancements.
• Develop and control the Rooms Division budget, analyze financial performance and implement revenue‑management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, security standards and conduct regular inspections of rooms and public areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Front Office, Housekeeping or overall Rooms Division in a hotel setting.
• Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills for budgeting, financial reporting and revenue optimisation.
