About the role

We are a fast‑growing coaching platform seeking a Ruby on Rails Software Engineer to help architect and build the core services that power our product. You will join a collaborative team that values clean, elegant, maintainable, and well‑tested code, and you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Ruby on Rails applications that support our coaching services.
• Write high‑quality, test‑driven code that meets performance and reliability standards.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and help improve development processes.
• Ensure the platform remains scalable, secure, and easy to extend as new features are added.
