Sales Account Manager – Business Development

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Account Manager to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships for 8X Egypt. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring successful solution delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential customers through cold calling, emailing, and in‑person meetings.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts by regular visits, phone contact, and issue resolution.
• Present product features and technical specifications to answer customer queries.
• Represent the company at trade shows and large events to generate leads.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Conduct in‑person product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and report on figures, goals, and obstacles.
• Negotiate contracts, close agreements, and forecast account metrics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify growth opportunities within the territory.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Friendly, personable, and able to build a positive reputation in the industry.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and technology.
• Goal‑oriented, organized, and maintains a positive attitude.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, or similar role.
• Experience in the software industry is a plus.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels, including C‑level.
