Sales Account Manager (Creative & Media Services)

About the role

Makaseb is seeking a dynamic Sales Account Manager to join its Media Production team. You will generate new business, nurture client relationships, and help brands realise their creative visions through media solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs.
• Present services, prepare tailored proposals and presentations.
• Collaborate with production to draft quotations, timelines and project scopes.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms and close deals.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Follow up with existing clients for satisfaction and upselling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to uncover new opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report results.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, account management or a related field (fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome).
• Experience in advertising agencies, media production, digital marketing or creative industries is a plus.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing, branding and content production.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and target‑oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
