Sales Account Manager - Dubizzle Cars (Heliopolis)

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt is a leading online marketplace for buying and selling in the region, part of a group of 10 classifieds brands with more than 200 million monthly users. As Sales Account Manager for Dubizzle Cars in Heliopolis, you will acquire new business and manage existing accounts using the six stages of sales: prospecting and outreach, knowing your customer, setting meetings, offering a proposal, closing the deal and follow-up and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly renewal and acquisition targets consistently
• Manage existing accounts and grow their book of business
• Run daily lead-farming to increase the database of leads and referrals
• Sell B2B products to new customers and increase market share
• Arrange meetings with clients for acquisition, renewals and upgrades
• Deliver account management services to improve client satisfaction
• Update the reporting dashboard regularly with all sales activity
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing on sales and client issues
• Gather market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in lead farming and cold calling
• Knowledge of the Egyptian automotive market and the subscription industry
• Familiarity with tech, e-commerce, prop tech, marketplaces and digital platforms such as Facebook
• Excellent English, verbal and written
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, time management and presentation skills
