Sales Account Manager - Giza-Nile

About the role

Bayut Egypt, part of the Bayut group of classifieds brands, is hiring a Sales Account Manager for the Giza-Nile area. The role consists of seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers, developing leads from marketing campaigns, meeting sales quotas and ensuring proper after-sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage clients' expectations and deliver a great Bayut experience
• Achieve monthly targets for renewals and acquisitions
• Build expertise in the Egyptian real estate market using on-ground insights and Bayut's data
• Sell products to new customers and increase market share
• Arrange meetings with clients for acquisition, renewals and upgrades
• Perform account management and regularly update the sales reporting dashboard
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing on sales and client issues
• Collect market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of relevant sales experience
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in farming and cold calling
• Knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market, the subscription industry and the tech and e-commerce sectors
• Familiarity with prop tech, marketplaces, Facebook and other digital platforms
• Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and presentation skills, and ability to turn leads into paying customers
