About the role

As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will drive the sale of technology solutions, identify customer needs and generate new business opportunities. You will work closely with both new and existing clients to ensure a high level of satisfaction and long‑term partnership.

Key responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, creating a strong first impression and laying the groundwork for lasting relationships.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, acting as the primary liaison for Microsoft customers.
  • Engage with small and medium‑size businesses across various industries to uncover needs and match them with Microsoft’s cloud technologies.
  • Maximize upsell and cross‑sell opportunities by collaborating with Solution Specialists and Partner Connection Managers.
  • Present competitive offerings in the context of customer requirements and demonstrate the value of Microsoft solutions.
  • Qualify prospects using BANT criteria and convert them into revenue‑generating opportunities.
  • Utilize social, digital, video, chat, phone and demo tools to reach and manage customers effectively.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to inform product and service improvements.

Required profile

  • Strong customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering world‑class engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate successful outcomes.
  • Proactive, results‑driven attitude with a focus on meeting targets.
