Sales Account Manager

About the role

The Sales Account Manager will act as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal recruitment, operations, and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely communication and relationship management.
• Understand client needs, project requirements, and expectations to guide internal execution.
• Coordinate with recruitment, operations, and other departments to deliver high‑quality services on schedule.
• Monitor account performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
• Oversee onboarding of new clients and maintain ongoing account plans.
• Address client issues or escalations promptly to preserve long‑term partnerships.
• Support contract renewals by gathering feedback and coordinating documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay informed about market trends, industry updates, and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or coordination roles, preferably within HR, recruitment, or service‑based industries.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and collaborate across teams.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
