About the role
As a Sales Account Manager at dubizzle Egypt, you will drive new business opportunities in the Egyptian real‑estate market. You will build and nurture relationships with potential customers, convert leads into paying clients, and support the long‑term growth of the platform.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients to manage expectations and deliver a great dubizzle experience.
- Achieve monthly acquisition and renewal targets consistently.
- Develop deep knowledge of the Egyptian real‑estate market by combining on‑ground insights with dubizzle data.
- Increase market share by selling dubizzle products to new customers.
- Arrange and lead meetings for acquisition, renewals, and upgrades.
- Provide account‑management services to boost client satisfaction.
- Update the reporting dashboard with all sales activities.
- Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing on sales‑related issues.
- Collect market insights and stay updated on local laws and development news.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication.
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
- Experience in farming and cold‑calling.
- Knowledge of the Egyptian real‑estate market and subscription industry.
- Familiarity with tech, e‑commerce, prop‑tech, marketplace platforms and digital channels such as Facebook.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, time‑management and presentation abilities.
- Positive, flexible, presentable, committed and eager for success.
