About the role
The Hair Addict is looking for a motivated Sales Advisor to join our Cairo store. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them discover products that support natural hair care while delivering a friendly and knowledgeable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers, assess their hair‑care needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to store performance.
- Maintain product knowledge, stay updated on new launches and promotions.
- Process transactions accurately and handle returns or exchanges following company policy.
- Assist in training new team members and share best practices.
- Uphold The Hair Addict’s mission of self‑love and empowerment through natural hair care.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service and communication abilities.
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting targets.
- Interpersonal skills to connect with a diverse clientele.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is highly preferred.
- Passion for natural hair care and alignment with the brand’s values.
