Sales Agent – Motor Insurance

About the role

Join Wisely Insure as a Sales Agent focused on motor insurance. You will be responsible for building lasting relationships with individual clients, generating new business, and promoting our insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with individual clients.
• Make regular sales calls and seek out new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
• Introduce and demonstrate new insurance products to assigned accounts.
• Follow up on quotations, generate profitable sales orders, and report competitive feedback to management.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on Wisely’s services.
• Maintain ethical client relationships aligned with company goals.
• Complete any additional tasks delegated by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (excluding medical and pharmaceutical).
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of English.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and client‑focused.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in individual or retail sales and knowledge of motor insurance is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
