About the role

EFE Academy is seeking a motivated Sales Agent to join its team in Mansoura. You will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calls, presenting the academy’s offerings, and converting leads into satisfied customers. This full‑time position offers a dynamic environment where performance is recognized and rewarded.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Present and explain offerings, benefits, and pricing.
Close sales and achieve monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Follow up with leads to nurture and convert them.
Provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing customers.

Required profile

Proficiency in English at a B1 level.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in telesales or similar sales roles.
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
