Sales Agent – Samsung Products (Customer Care)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Agent to promote Samsung mobile products directly to customers in our Alexandria showroom. The role combines face-to-face sales with customer-service responsibilities, ensuring a seamless buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Present and sell Samsung mobile devices and accessories to walk-in customers.
• Answer product and service questions, recommending complementary items.
• Open new customer accounts and accurately record personal and purchase information.
• Maintain and update customer records in the system.
• Identify potential leads and attract new customers through proactive engagement.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer care or retail sales.
• Graduates aged 22‑28 with excellent command of English.
• Familiarity with Samsung mobile product line is preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues and learn new product features quickly.
