Sales Associate – Beauty & Skincare

About the role

The Sales Associate – Beauty & Skincare will work full‑time on‑site in New Cairo, welcoming customers and guiding them through our curated range of skincare, haircare, bodycare and wellness products. You will help shoppers build personalized beauty regimens while delivering a seamless, data‑driven retail experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assess their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Demonstrate product usage, educate on routines and advise on ingredient benefits.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure shelves are fully stocked.
• Process point‑of‑sale transactions accurately and handle cash/card payments.
• Keep the store clean, organized and presentable at all times.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets and support promotional campaigns.
• Collect customer feedback and collaborate with team members to improve service quality.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service and sales abilities, including active listening and closing techniques.
• Good knowledge of beauty and skincare products, ingredients and current trends.
• Effective communication skills and a professional, inclusive approach to diverse customers.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in New Cairo, including weekends or shift work, and stand for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent; beauty, skincare or cosmetology training is a plus.
• Reliability, attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward meeting sales goals.
