About the role

We are looking for an energetic Sales Associate to join our fashion retail team. The role involves delivering a high‑quality shopping experience, supporting customers in finding the right products, and contributing to store sales targets while upholding the brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable fashion items.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge of collections, promotions, and trends.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Support stock replenishment, inventory checks, and merchandising activities.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle customer inquiries, exchanges, and complaints professionally.
• Assist with promotional activities and in‑store events.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in fashion retail sales or customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a sales‑driven mindset.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
