Sales Associate

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate to deliver a high‑end shopping experience in our fashion‑focused store. You will engage with customers, help them find the perfect fit, and build lasting relationships that drive repeat business.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide an exceptional shopping experience aligned with brand standards.
• Assist clients in selecting items, suggest complementary pieces, and aim to increase basket size.
• Meet daily and monthly sales targets while monitoring personal KPIs.
• Maintain a personal client book and proactively inform regular customers about new arrivals and promotions.
• Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually compliant.
• Handle stock shipments, conduct inventory counts, and replenish merchandise efficiently.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately using the POS system.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in fashion or luxury.
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Excellent interpersonal and active‑listening skills.
• Neat, professional appearance suitable for a premium brand.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle merchandise shipments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
