Sales Associate – Talent Pool (Al Mansoura)

About the role

The Talent Pool Sales Associate role supports adidas store performance by inspiring, serving and selling to consumers. You will help achieve sales and profit targets while delivering a seamless, consumer‑centric experience in the Al Mansoura store.

Key responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage every consumer entering the store.
• Maintain awareness of store KPIs and contribute to sales and loss‑prevention goals.
• Deliver the CONNECT‑ENGAGE‑INSPIRE service standards to improve the consumer experience.
• Communicate product features, benefits and unique selling points clearly.
• Guide consumers through digital and omnichannel tools for a seamless shopping journey.
• Process merchandise deliveries, replenish fixtures, and ensure full product representation on the sales floor.
• Complete sales transactions accurately while following cash protection procedures.
• Execute visual merchandising and housekeeping standards to keep the store appealing.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and contribute to an inclusive environment.

Required profile

• Preferably 1‑2 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and strong verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiasm for brand values and a desire for continuous learning.
