About the role

The LSEG is expanding its Cairo footprint and seeks a Sales Desk Specialist to provide administrative support to the EMEA account management team. You will act as a bridge between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth deal execution and strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Complete all client administrative tasks and maintain data hygiene in the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with customer operations, relationship managers, sales, legal, and order management to support client scenarios.
  • Assist with deal execution, annual price increase processes, and renewal management.
  • Handle diverse order types, ensuring accurate system entry and timely fulfillment.
  • Locate, verify, and review client contract documentation for completeness.
  • Raise, track, and resolve CRM workflow requests across the client lifecycle.

Required profile

  • 2‑4 years of experience in sales operations, deal desk, customer success, or commercial support.
  • Understanding of the financial services industry.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
  • Experience with contract handling, account data management, and business processes.

Required skills

  • Salesforce (basic knowledge and workflow systems).
  • SAP.
  • Siebel.
