Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will drive lead generation and qualify prospects across key international markets. You will work closely with regional sales and marketing teams to uncover new opportunities, schedule meetings, and align outreach with local market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers in assigned territories using LinkedIn, databases, and market intelligence.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and social media to engage decision‑makers.
• Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
• Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
• Meet or exceed monthly quotas for qualified meetings and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Share market insights and participate in local events to build presence.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales development, inside sales, or business development.
• Native or fluent proficiency in the local language (Arabic, Hebrew, Spanish, Hindi/English, or Portuguese) and business‑level English.
• Strong cold‑calling and email writing abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with sales engagement platforms like Outreach or SalesLoft.
• Familiarity with consultative qualification methodologies (e.g., BANT, MEDDIC).
