Sales Development Representative

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Development Representative to drive the top of our sales funnel. In this role you will identify and engage prospective customers, qualify their needs and schedule product demonstrations for the Account Executive or Customer Success team.

Key responsibilities

• Identify target companies that match the ideal customer profile.
• Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, phone calls and other channels.
• Create personalized Loom video messages to increase engagement.
• Qualify prospects based on business needs, use case, authority and timeline.
• Book product demonstrations with qualified prospects.
• Follow up consistently throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records and activity tracking in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and outreach performance.
• Test new outreach strategies, messaging and sequences to improve booking rates.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and meeting targets.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong prospecting and relationship‑building abilities.
• Experience with outbound sales and cold outreach.
• Highly organized with disciplined follow‑up.
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented.

• LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
