Sales Development Representative

About the role

In this position you will drive growth for Outsourcing Staffing Advantage by creating new business conversations and opening doors with prospective clients. You will engage decision‑makers, understand their staffing and outsourcing challenges, and present our solutions in a confident, persuasive manner.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound outreach and networking.
• Build relationships with prospects and assess their staffing and outsourcing needs.
• Present the company’s outsourcing solutions in a consultative manner.
• Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Prepare proposals, follow up, and close new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate client and sales activity records in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Develop long‑term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, account management or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Proven ability to generate new business and close sales.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Confident communicator with business owners, managers and decision‑makers.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and driven to achieve targets.
• Excellent verbal and written English (C1 proficiency).

Required skills

• Experience using CRM systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
