Sales Development Representative – UK Cold Calling (Remote)

About the role

Division 50 is looking for a UK‑focused Sales Development Representative to generate qualified B2B meetings for a variety of client brands. This is a phone‑first, remote position where you will learn each client’s product, ideal customer profile, and objection patterns, then use high‑volume cold calling to fill their calendars with real opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume outbound calls into the UK market for clients across B2B SaaS, professional services, healthcare, finance and more.
• Learn and adapt each client’s pitch quickly, handling brush‑offs and turning conversations into booked meetings.
• Qualify prospects against client‑specific criteria before scheduling appointments.
• Log all activity – dials, conversations, and booked meetings – in the CRM.
• Follow up on warm inbound leads when applicable.
• Hit daily dial and weekly meeting‑booking targets consistently.

Required profile

• Proven experience making cold calls to UK prospects with measurable call and meeting volumes.
• Ability to ramp quickly on new products or industries and sound credible on the phone.
• Comfort handling typical brush‑offs (“not interested”, “send me an email”) while keeping the dialogue alive.
• Clear, confident spoken English and a natural phone manner.
• Disciplined CRM hygiene and focus on activity targets.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce or Close.
• Familiarity with dialers and sales‑engagement tools.
