Sales Engineer

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Sales Engineer to lead growth with end‑users and strategic customers across power‑system segments such as Power & Grid, Transportation, Infrastructure and MMM. The role is based in Cairo and focuses on consultative, solution‑based selling and ecosystem orchestration.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute growth strategies for key accounts and strategic customers in the designated power‑system segments.
• Lead consultative sales engagements to expand the product portfolio and drive revenue.
• Orchestrate internal teams, partners and ecosystem resources to maximize outcomes.
• Build and maintain executive‑level relationships to ensure long‑term customer loyalty.
• Collaborate with go‑to‑market teams to improve pipeline, prescription and project execution.
• Drive strategic initiatives aligned with business objectives and revenue targets.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for customer management and support medium‑to‑large programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering or a related field.
• Proven track record of managing strategic accounts and delivering measurable revenue growth.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, innovation‑focused environment.
