Sales Executive – Fasteners & Industrial Hardware

About the role

We are a growing manufacturer of industrial fasteners seeking a motivated Sales Executive to expand our presence in both local and export markets. The role involves building strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and industrial customers while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, contractors, and industrial customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.
• Conduct regular customer visits and deliver product presentations.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate within company pricing policies, and follow up until orders are secured.
• Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
• Submit weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in fasteners, building materials, hardware, industrial products, or steel products.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
