Sales Executive – FMCG (Cairo)

About the role

Nexo, an emerging Egyptian functional beverage brand, is seeking a full‑time Sales Executive to join its on‑site team in Cairo. You will be the front‑line driver of market expansion, responsible for opening new accounts, strengthening customer relationships, and ensuring product availability across your territory.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and open new customer accounts across assigned channels such as supermarkets, cafés, gyms and universities.
• Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong relationships and secure repeat orders.
• Present Nexo’s product portfolio, negotiate listings and achieve monthly sales and distribution targets.
• Generate orders, follow up on customer needs and ensure consistent product availability.
• Monitor competitor activity, pricing trends and market dynamics, providing insights to management.
• Coordinate with distributors, wholesalers and internal teams to support smooth sales operations.
• Prepare and submit regular sales performance and activity reports.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in FMCG sales, preferably in food, beverage, dairy or consumer goods.
• Proven track record of opening new accounts and developing customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of the Egyptian retail and distribution landscape.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable spending the majority of time in the field.
• Fluency in Arabic and a good command of English.
• Valid driving licence, personal vehicle and existing contacts in relevant channels are a plus.
