Sales Executive (Fresh Graduates)

About the role

Dubizzle Egypt, part of the dubizzle Group, is hiring a Sales Executive in Cairo. You will acquire new business and manage existing accounts using the six stages of sales: prospecting and outreach, knowing your customer, setting meetings, offering a proposal, closing the deal and follow-up and account management.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve monthly renewal and acquisition targets consistently.
• Manage existing accounts and grow their book of business.
• Run daily lead-farming to increase the database of leads and referrals.
• Sell B2B products to new customers and increase market share.
• Arrange meetings with clients for acquisition, renewals and upgrades.
• Deliver account management services to improve client satisfaction.
• Update the reporting dashboard regularly with sales activity.
• Liaise with Finance, Customer Support, Legal and Marketing on sales and client issues.
• Gather market insights and stay up to date with laws and local development news.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience in lead farming and cold calling.
• Knowledge of the automotive market in Egypt and the subscription industry.
• Familiarity with tech, e-commerce, prop tech, marketplace models and digital platforms such as Facebook.
• Excellent English, both spoken and written.
• Positive, flexible, committed and eager for success.
