Sales Executive – Logistics Solutions

About the role

The Sales Executive will join Dispatch Global Logistics in Cairo, working both at the head office and the 6th of October City branch. The role focuses on promoting logistics solutions, building client relationships, and ensuring the smooth movement of goods while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote logistics solutions to clients and prospects to support their supply chain needs.
• Proactively reach out to customer organizations, identify and sell innovative services, and drive continuous improvement.
• Research and seek out prospects via sales calls to build a client portfolio.
• Act as the link between clients, carriers, shippers, and consignees.
• Establish and develop relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Oversee the movement of clients’ goods, ensuring timely pickup, transport, and delivery.
• Manage rate negotiations and stay current on market rates and competition.
• Communicate with clients and prospects, schedule visits, and follow up on potential business.
• Coordinate with the operations team to track loads and provide up‑to‑date information.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required.
