About the role
Elite HR Consultancy is expanding its remote sales team to target the Dubai market. As a Sales Executive you will generate new business opportunities for our recruitment services through high‑volume cold calling.
Key responsibilities
- Make 200‑250 outbound cold calls daily to potential clients in Dubai.
- Introduce recruitment services, qualify leads and schedule meetings.
- Build interest and maintain professional conversations with decision‑makers.
- Follow provided scripts while adapting naturally to each conversation.
- Update the CRM system and track call outcomes on a daily basis.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly performance targets.
Required profile
- Fluent English (minimum B2‑C1 level) with clear communication.
- Previous experience in cold calling, telesales or call‑center environments preferred.
- Strong persuasion and objection‑handling abilities.
- Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Stable internet connection and a quiet work environment.
