Sales Graduate Program – 6‑Month Paid Rotation

About the role

The Vespa Sales Graduate Program is a six‑month, paid, full‑time development scheme designed to turn high‑potential graduates into professional sales consultants within the mobility sector. Participants receive international training at Piaggio’s headquarters in Italy and rotate through flagship retail locations in Cairo, the North Coast and Gouna.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium customer experience that reflects Vespa brand standards.
• Engage customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable Vespa solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, coordinate test rides and support the sales closure process.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM updates and follow‑ups.
• Participate in brand activations, events and build long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate (0‑2 years of experience) with a strong interest in sales, automotive or luxury retail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; presentable, confident and customer‑oriented.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for rotations in Gouna and the Sahel.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems and digital sales tools.
