About the role
The Sales Lead Generator will support the sales and marketing teams by building a robust pipeline of qualified leads. You will use phone calls, email outreach, and social media to identify and engage prospects, helping the company meet its growth targets.
Key responsibilities
- Research, track, maintain and update lead databases.
- Make outbound calls to develop new business opportunities.
- Contact prospects to qualify leads and conduct email marketing campaigns.
- Perform customer and market research, including surveys.
- Assist in preparing proposals and sales presentations.
- Provide timely information to management and develop deep knowledge of the company’s products and services.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1‑2 years of experience in lead generation or cold‑calling.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Motivated, commission‑driven and comfortable working with professionals at all levels.
- Preferred experience working with UAE‑based companies.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience using a CRM system.
