About the role
The company is a specialty coffee roastery focused on espresso and filter coffee. We are looking for a full‑time Sales Manager to lead our HORECA and F&B sales efforts from our Cairo office.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for the HORECA and F&B segments.
- Identify, acquire and grow key accounts in hotels, restaurant groups, cafés and distributors.
- Lead contract negotiations, pricing and commercial terms.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations to ensure brand positioning and service excellence.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.
- Manage, coach and develop the sales team to ensure high performance.
- Ensure product placement, visibility and brand representation across all accounts.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of sales experience in F&B or HORECA, preferably with coffee or premium beverage brands.
- Proven track record in sales strategy development, market analysis and pipeline management.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for long‑term client relationships.
- Established network within hotels, restaurants and café sectors is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
