Sales Manager (Fashion Retail)

About the role

The company is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead its fashion retail business. You will be responsible for shaping and executing a sales strategy that drives growth across multiple channels, including B2B distribution, owned stores, franchises, and shop‑in‑shop concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with overall business objectives.
• Build, mentor, and manage high‑performing sales teams across all channels.
• Lead the B2B distribution strategy, identify and onboard new partners.
• Expand the retail footprint through new stores, franchise agreements, and shop‑in‑shop locations.
• Own revenue targets, monitor performance, and report results to senior leadership.
• Analyze market trends, adjust pricing, and optimize product mix.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Production, and Supply Chain teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of sales experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or retail.
• Proven success in B2B sales and distribution.
• Demonstrated track record of retail expansion.
• Strong network within the fashion and retail industry.
• Leadership experience managing large, multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience in GCC markets is a plus.
