About the role

Zeal Group, an award‑winning FinTech company, is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead its retail sales team. You will be responsible for driving customer experience, expanding the client base, and ensuring the team meets ambitious sales targets across our online trading platform.

Key responsibilities

  • Maintain high‑quality customer experience through product presentation and team interaction.
  • Develop, train, and mentor retail sales representatives, conducting daily observations, weekly reports, and regular meetings.
  • Execute the company’s standard sales processes and supervise Account Executives.
  • Ensure CRM records are up‑to‑date and that the team meets daily, monthly, and quarterly KPIs.
  • Stay informed on new products, promotions, and market changes to guide the team.
  • Represent Zeal Group at public events, expos, and company functions.
  • Assist the Customer Service team with KYC documentation and oversee compliance.
  • Conduct quality‑assurance call reviews to coach and improve performance.
  • Recommend product or procedural adjustments based on client feedback and market trends.

Required profile

  • B.Sc. degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Forex, insurance, real‑estate, banking, or stock and commodities brokerage sales.
  • At least 3 years in a proven leadership role managing a sales team.

Required skills

  • Basic knowledge of financial markets, including FX, stocks, and commodities.
  • Strong selling and communication abilities.
  • Customer‑oriented mindset and flexibility to learn.
