Sales Manager – Lead Team & Drive Revenue

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue, market share and profitability targets. This role combines strategic planning, customer engagement and team leadership to drive growth and strengthen the company’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for assigned markets.
• Lead the end‑to‑end sales cycle, from reviewing RFQs to delivering competitive quotations.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to ensure sustainable revenue growth and market penetration.
• Negotiate contracts, agreements and pricing strategies to maximise profitability.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities while maintaining long‑term key account relationships.
• Deliver technical and commercial presentations that clearly communicate value propositions.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and activity summaries for executive management.
• Gather market intelligence, competitor activity and emerging trends to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Engineering, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) to ensure solutions meet customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate data entry in quotation, CRM and customer management systems.
• Provide executive‑level updates to senior stakeholders and mentor junior sales team members.

Required profile

• Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in contract negotiation.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical and commercial information.
