Sales Manager – Paints and Construction

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive the growth of our paints and construction product portfolio across the country. You will be responsible for expanding our customer base, strengthening existing relationships, and achieving agreed sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a growing portfolio of customers, conducting regular visits and building strong relationships at all levels.
• Negotiate prices and volumes to maximise profitability while meeting customer needs.
• Identify, analyse and develop new accounts in line with business growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Business Manager to set annual sales budgets.
• Collect, analyse and present market, product, competitor and industry data to shape forward‑looking strategies.
• Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions and conferences, expanding the professional network.
• Monitor payment terms, ensuring compliance and minimising business risk.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in chemicals raw material, paints or construction sectors.
• Excellent communication, analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Fluent English and strong presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
• Established knowledge and networks within the national paints and construction industry.
