Sales Manager – Steel Fabrication

About the role

Gazala Steel Fabrication is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to drive business development and sales across the steel fabrication and structural steel sectors. The role focuses on expanding market share, managing key client relationships, and leading a high‑performing sales team to meet ambitious revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and pursue new opportunities in construction, industrial, infrastructure, and EPC projects.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract award, maintaining a robust pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations, negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Build and sustain long‑term relationships with strategic customers and major accounts.
• Support tendering, proposal preparation, and coordinate with estimation and engineering teams.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, setting targets, KPIs, and performance processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales within steel fabrication, construction, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share.
• Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
• Analytical mindset for market analysis and forecasting.
