Sales Operations Specialist (Vendor Reporting)

About the role
Ingram Micro's Marketing team reports campaigns and activities across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. As a Vendor Reporting Specialist, you take over tasks from the Product Management team so that vendor reporting is done on time, accurately and in line with vendor and Ingram Micro compliance. You will coordinate with internal teams that are data entry points and ensure data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Submit vendor reports (POS and inventory) on time and at the required frequency.
- Monitor the report submission success rate; when reports are rejected, highlight the issue, take corrective action, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and resubmit.
- Monitor claim rejections and correct them.
- Perform claim reconciliation and obtain Finance sign-off.
- Send weekly and monthly claim reconciliation reports to the business.
Required profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Data entry with attention to detail.
