Sales – Pet Veterinary Business Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales professional to drive market development and sales growth for our pet veterinary business in your local region. The role involves building a strong customer base, managing key accounts, and acting as the bridge between the local market and our headquarters.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct local market research to identify trends, competition and customer needs.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to acquire new distributors, agents and end‑clients.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions and business meetings to promote brand localisation.
• Maintain and expand relationships with key accounts and strategic partners through regular visits and proactive support.
• Coordinate with technical and after‑sales teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and resolve complaints.
• Provide headquarters with regular market updates, sales reports and feedback.

Required profile

• Resident in the target market with strong knowledge of local language, culture and business environment; professional English communication required.
• Proven sales experience in veterinary, pet healthcare or related sectors; experience from other industries is also considered.
• Established connections with local distributors or agents in the pet diagnosis industry are preferred.
• Self‑starter capable of independently developing the market, acquiring clients and meeting performance targets.
