About the role
We are looking for a Sales Receptionist to join our team in New Cairo. The role is on‑site and focuses on managing the front desk, handling incoming calls, greeting visitors, and supporting the sales team with clerical tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage front‑desk reception duties, including welcoming visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Answer and route incoming telephone calls with professional phone etiquette.
- Maintain and update scheduling calendars and appointment systems.
- Keep accurate records and files related to sales activities.
- Assist the sales team by handling sales inquiries and providing basic information.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Required profile
- Proficiency in phone etiquette and reception duties.
- Strong clerical abilities, including scheduling and record management.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer‑service orientation with a focus on creating positive experiences.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with basic office technology and software.
- Fluency in English and Arabic preferred but not mandatory.
