Sales Representative

About the role

SMB GROUP is looking for a full‑time Sales Representative to join its retail team in Sheikh Zayed City. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them find the right home appliances and electronics while delivering a high‑quality service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Manage the sales cycle from inquiry to closing, including quotations, order processing and documentation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge and keep displays attractive.
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers and coordinate stock availability and delivery with the operations team.
• Achieve sales targets, handle basic after‑sales inquiries and relay customer feedback to improve offerings.

Required profile

• Strong sales and customer‑service abilities with a knack for building rapport.
• Clear verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Basic knowledge of home appliances and electronics, with willingness to learn technical details.
• Good organization and time‑management for handling multiple customers and paperwork.
• Ability to work on‑site in Sheikh Zayed City, including weekends or shift work as needed.
• High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is a plus.
