About the role

Aro Investment, a consulting firm serving commercial and residential investors in Egypt, is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join its sales team in New Cairo. This full‑time, on‑site position provides comprehensive training, so no prior sales experience is required.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients and introduce Aro Investment’s services.
• Provide responsive customer support and address client inquiries.
• Promote the company’s offerings and contribute to business growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Learn and apply sales strategies under the guidance of senior staff.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer service abilities.
• Basic understanding of sales concepts and a willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, team‑oriented mindset, and eagerness to participate in training programs.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales or business certifications are advantageous.
