About the role
Chubb is seeking a dynamic Sales Specialist and Agency Manager to lead and expand its network of insurance agencies and brokers. Based on Ring Road, this full‑time, on‑site position focuses on driving business growth, delivering high‑quality service, and representing Chubb’s diverse product portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect, onboard and nurture new insurance agencies and distribution partners.
- Coach existing partners on Chubb’s property, casualty, and supplemental health products.
- Design and execute sales campaigns to achieve or exceed assigned targets.
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, territory planning and forecasting.
- Collaborate with underwriting, marketing, and operations to address client needs and resolve issues.
- Prepare sales reports, monitor market trends and competitor activity.
- Represent Chubb at client meetings, training sessions and local industry events.
Required profile
- Proven sales and business development experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
- Experience managing agency or channel relationships with a track record of growth.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Analytical mindset with experience in pipeline management and forecasting.
- Customer‑oriented, problem‑solving attitude and professional demeanor.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of property and casualty insurance lines and relevant licenses is a plus.

- CRM tools for activity tracking and pipeline management.
