Sales Specialist – Alexandria

About the role

The Sales Specialist is responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets within the Alexandria area. The role combines technical product knowledge with commercial acumen to support customers from quotation through after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Visit potential and existing customers, develop new business opportunities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare, submit and follow up on quotations, tenders and commercial offers.
• Provide pre‑sales technical assistance, product presentations and demonstrations to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, quotations and customer information.
• Support marketing events, gather market intelligence and identify new market segments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; engineering background is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in appliances, industrial equipment or technical products.
• Strong command of Arabic and English.
• Experience preparing quotations, participating in tenders and delivering technical presentations.
