Sales Specialist – E‑commerce & GCC Market

About the role

Viral Social Media Services is expanding its sales team in Tanta and seeks a Sales Specialist with strong e‑commerce experience and deep knowledge of the GCC, especially the Saudi market. The role focuses on converting inbound leads into confirmed orders while delivering a professional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers and manage incoming e‑commerce leads.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Handle inquiries, objections and follow‑up throughout the sales cycle.
• Convert qualified leads into confirmed orders and achieve sales targets.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records and CRM data.

Required profile

• Proven experience in e‑commerce, telesales or online sales.
• Hands‑on experience with customers in the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia.
• Fluent in the Saudi dialect with professional communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion and closing abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset and ability to manage multiple leads.
• Organized, time‑management oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
