About the role
The Sales Specialist will be based in Cairo and will drive sales for Sky High Group’s fashion retail and health‑beauty brands. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, building strong client relationships, and expanding market presence.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day sales activities and ensure targets are met.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across fashion and beauty segments.
- Train, coach and support sales staff to improve performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies in collaboration with marketing and operations teams.
- Maintain and grow customer relationships, providing a high‑quality service experience.
Required profile
- Proven experience in fashion retail or health‑beauty sales, preferably both.
- Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
- Experience in sales management and team training.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
